Our school counsellors are committed to nurturing strong mental health in all of our students. Counsellors provide programs, services and events for students to participate in throughout the school year. These include information sessions with the SOSD Cooperative Vocational Education (CVE) programs as well as with our post-secondary institutions.
Garden City is proud to be a pilot school for Project 11, a program developed by True North Sports and Entertainment. The program is an engaging cross-curricular proactive mental wellness program that targets Manitoba’s Health Education and Language Arts outcomes for students.
